of a point which is 2948.12 feet West of another monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS" and thence running along said Avenue North 45 degrees
07 minutes 20 seconds East, 29.68 feet to the Southwesterly line
of a private road; thence along said private road line South
46 degrees 27 minutes East, 220.0 feet; thence South 79 degrees
23 minutes 40 seconds, West, 378.02 feet to land of Pendleton;
thence along said Pendleton land North 28 degrees 02 minutes East,
220.0 feet to said Ocean View Avenue line; thence along said
Avenue line North 86 degrees 27 minutes East, 87.97 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right to use said private read forming
