THIS INDENTURE, made the.?�day of December nineteen
//ll 5 hundred and Sixty-seven, BETWEEN NINA 0. ERVBSUN, residing at

ja first part, and ELIZABETH D. REM, residing at 45b Round Hill

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party
of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever,

and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the

part of that portion of Fishers Island, formerly belonging to
Fishers Island Corporation (which portion is sometimes called the

by Fishers Island Corporation, as follows: -
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by
the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reserv.
ation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound o
the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the east
boundary of the said land of the United States to the southerly
line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and whit
point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United States,
thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as'the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described

r BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side
Q of a road forty feet wide, said monument being 1428.18 feet east
M, of a point which is 5598.65 feet north of another monument mark-
ing the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
NIN" (which said "NIN" monument is located near the western end
of a ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and on
z�VA' the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies
-" -5; south 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds east of North Dumpling
--� Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence cast
wardly
along the southerly side of said road (following the arc of a
I .... :. curve to the right whose radius is 527.40 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is south 8 degrees 27 minutes east)
-a � a distance of 319.64 feet to a point; thence southeastwardly
still along the southerly side of said road (and folluwing the
arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 716.31 feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is south 26 degrees 16
S P t minutes 30 seconds west) a distance of 8.01 feet to another
monument; thence south 24 decrees V. minutes 30 seconds west
275.36 feet to another monument; thence north 71 degrees 40
minutes 20 seconds west 171.71 feet to another monument; and then e
north 9 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds west 151.67 feet to the
place of beginning.
BEIM^ the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed made by Marian Swords dated December 3, 1952, and re-
corded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December
11, 1952.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads shutting, the
above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
