ERVESUN, residing at Hillside Avenue (no street number), Alpine, N. J. party of the C first part, and ELIZABETH D. REID, residing at 459 Round Hill J Road, Greenwich, Connecticut party of the second part ?s WITNESSETH, that the party o>€ the first part, in consileration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings I and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the 1 Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part v .{� of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the grantor (which a portion is hereinafter called the Park ) lying Easterly of the �.+ following line, viz: e e BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservatio , Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the southerly IIIIIII�IIIIIIIIII line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same - course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island -a? f9 Sound; t1 Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as "-" follows: -q a� BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly f= side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being five thousand five hundred and thirty-four and fifty-four hundredths feet North of a point which is eighteen hundred and forty-five and eight- hundredths feet East of another monument marking the U. S. Coast i and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station Nin' (which said "Nin' monument is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking '-j the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point betwee Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling 4 9 1 Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence Northwestwardl along the Northeasterly side of said road (following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is seven hundred and fifty-eight and thirty-one hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South thirty-three degrees fifty-nine min- utes and ten seconds West) one hundred and two and six-hundredths feet to a stake; thenceNorthwestwardly still along the North- easterly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is five hundred and sixty-seven and forty- hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South twenty-six degrees sixteen minutes and thirty seconds West) one hundred and sixty-two and fifty-seven hundredths feet to a make; thence North nine degrees East two hundred and eighty and eighty-four hundredths feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence, with the meanders of said Sound, South seventy- three degrees nineteen minutes and fifty seconds East two hundred and forty-four and fifty-seven hundredths feet and South fifty- four degrees twelve minutes and twenty seconds East one hundred and thirty-four and eighteen-hundredths feet to a stake; and thence South thirty-two degrees ten minutes and forty seconds west two hundred and seventy-one and ninety-six hundredths feet to the place of begiriing. BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by John W. Hanes, dated January 2, 1953, and record- ed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 23, 1951.
