BE7VM FISHERS ISLAND UTILITY COMPANY, INC., a domestic �\ corporation of the State of New York, having its office and principal place t of business at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, a �e c r r party of the first Part,and J. LESTER PARSONS, JR. and MIRIAM C. PARSONS, his wife, both residing at 23 West Beechcroft Road, Short Hills, in the Township of Millburn, County of Essex and State of New Jersey, party of the second part, WITHESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of TEN AND NOI 100 ($10.00)----------------------------------------- dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second Inn,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the around part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being Irgsts on Fishers Island in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York and bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of Crescent Avenue, said point being 6077.87 feet North of a point which is 2067, 98 feet West of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS” and thence running along said Avenue line South 85 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 354.24 feet; thence North 5 degrees 28 minutes West about 29 feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence following the meanders of said shore line Northwesterly about 350 feet; thence South 30 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West 314.30 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1. 12 acres, more or less. BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by West End Land Company to Fishers Island Utility Company, Inc. , by deed dated June 6, 1966, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 13, 1966, in Liber 5973 of Deeds at Page 17. This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually conducted by the party of the first part.
