westerly line of Central Avenue, said monument being 3552.00 feet
North of a point which is 739.00 feet West of another monument
marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS"; thence running North 670 13' West 131.32 feet, abutting
Northeasterly on said Avenue; thence South 13° 02' West 125.00
feet to the shore of West Harbor; thence along the shore line of
West Harbor North 370 43' 10" East 143.97 feet; thence North 20-
571 East 70.00 feet to the Southerly line of said Avenue; thence
West 19.65 feet along said line of said Avenue to the point of
beginning, containing 0.31 acres, more or less.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
'i part by Fishers Island Farms, Inc., by deed dated January 6, 1951
and recorded in the Suffolk County Land Records in Liber 3178 at

in the southerly line of Central Avenue said monument. being
3614.45 feet North of a point which is 188.33 feet West of another

Triangulation Station "PROS" and running thence along the south-
easterly line of said Avenue South 81 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds
West, 64.45 feet to an iron; running thence South 18 degrees 13
minutes 40 seconds East, 136,35 feet to an iron at the shore of
West Harbor- running thence along said shore line North 74 degrees
47. minutes past; �?1r76 feet to the southwesterly corner of the
First tract; running thence Nortb'. 13 degrees 02 minutes East,
125.00 feet to the southwesterly line of said Avenue, abutting
