"Nin" monument is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking
the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between
Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes and
26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and
running thence Southeastwardly, along the Southwesterly side of said
road (and following the are of a curve to the left whose radius is
169 . 09 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North
70 degrees 2 minutes and 50 seconds East) , 53. 73 feet to a stake;
thence South 20 degrees 39 minutes and 30 seconds West 136. 83 feet to
a stake; thence South 60 degrees and 43 minutes West 247 . 30 feet
to a stake; thence South 82 degrees 54 minutes and 30 seconds West
202 . 85 feet to a stake; thence North 39 degrees 41 minutes and 30

Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated January 13, 1966 made by Fishers Island Development
Corporation and recorded in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk
in Liber 5911 of Deeds at page 68 et seq. on August .14, 1966 .
