G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings instituted in 1942); running thence northerly following the east boundary of the said tract of land now or formerly of the United State. (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof); thence crossing the Fast End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northeasterly line of a private road fiftv feet wide, said monument being 1010.82 feet north of-a point which is 704.40 feet East of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS"; running thence along the northwesterly end of said road South 55 degrees 15 minutes West 50.0 feet to a point marking a corner of lands now or formerly of Otis Horn and Aurelia Horn; thence along lands now or formerly of Otis Horn and Aurelia Horn the following three courses and distances: (1) South 73 degrees 02 minutes West 63.76 feet; (2) South 71 degrees 59 minutes West 50. 10 feet; (3) North 24 degrees 50 minutes West 63.0 feet to the shore of Inner Bay of Great Harbor, thence following the meanders of said shore line: (1) North 36 degrees 31 minutes East 93.79 feet; (2) North 3 degrees 35 minutes West 128.60 feet; (3) North 18 degrees 43 minutes East 88.0 feet; LIN 6407 272 (S) North 42 degrees 52 minutes East 130. 17 feet; i(5) North 60 degrees 38 minutes East 70.20 feet; ,(6) South 86 degrees 56 minutes East 74.80 feet; (7) South 37 degrees 08 minutes East 79. 10 feet; (8 ) South 26 degrees 53 minutes East 81.50 feet to lands now or formerly of Erard A. Matthiessen; thence along said lands now or formerly of Erard A. Matthiessen South 37 degrees 33 minutes West 342.70 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, of, in and to the waters and lands under the waters of Inner Bay of Great Harbor adjacent to said premises. TOGETHER with an easement to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, for ingress to and egress from said lot described above, over and along such private roads as now or may hereafter exist connecting the premises herein described with the public highway. SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and agreements of record, if any. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Serge J. Doyen, Jr. , the party of the first part herein, by LeRoy Carney and Mary Carney by deed dated December 31, 1966 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 10, 1967 in Liber 6098 of Deeds at page 184.
