Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, the center line of which is
more specifically bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of land of Percival White, said
point being located North 30 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East 71,3 feet from
a monument at the most Westerly corner of land of said White, and thence
running North 65 degrees 55 minutes East 37.0 feet; thence South 35 degrees
50 minutes East 42 feet to land of Leyland.
