Wright Mili- tary Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said Tract was constituted laior to the nds extension ands in condemnationproceedings institthereof by the uted in 1942)additional drunning thence northerly following the East boundary of the said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as name was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point Is the northeasterly comer of said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as name was constituted prior to such extension thereof), thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said lots or parcels of land being bounded and described as follows: - - PARCEL #1 BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Northeasterly line of a private roadway of Fishers Island Estates, Inc. forty feet wide, said monument being sixty-seven and forty hundredths feet South of a point which is thirty-five hundred eighty-three and thirteen hundredths feet West of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN"-(which said "NIN" monu- ment is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospectandlies South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); thence running North twenty degrees fiftyt.sight minutes twenty seconds East one hundred forty- three and thirty-nine hundredths feet; thence North twelve LIBER6100 PnE 19 degrees fifty-two minutes forty seconds West one hundred eighty- seven and forty hundredths feet to the shore of West Harbor; thence with the meanders of the shore of West Harbor North twenty-six degrees four minutes Fast ninety-seven and seventy hundredths feet, South sixty-one degrees twenty-nine minutes Fast eighty-nine and forty hundredths feet, North twenty-one degrees fifty-seven minutes East one hundred seventeen and forty-five hundredths feet, North forty-three degrees forty-nine minutes East one hundred thirteen and eighty hundredths feet, South seventeen degrees nine minutes East one hundred thirty-one and seventy hundredths feet, and North seventy-five degrees thirty- one minutes thirty seconds East forty-one and fifty hundredths feet; thence South forty-five degrees four minutes thirty seconds East two hundred eighty-nine and sixty hundredths feet to the Northwesterly line of another private roadway of Fishers Island Estates, Inc. forty feet wide; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of said roadway last mentioned and following the are of a curve to the left (whose radius Is 725.77 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South fifty-nine degrees fifty-seven minutes forty seconds East) a distance of one hundred sixty-three and seventy-nine hundredths feet; thence still along the Northwesterly line of said roadway last mentioned South seventeen degrees six minutes forty seconds West one hundred feet; thence South fifty-eight degrees nine minutes West three hundred twenty-four and forty-four hundredths feet to the Norty- easterly line of the first mentioned roadway; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly side of said roadway first mentioned and following the arc of a curve to the left (whose radius is four hundred seventy-nine and fifty-seven hundredths feet and the dir- ection of whose radius at that point is South sixty-three degrees one minute ten seconds West) a distance of two hundred forty-nine and seventy-one hundredths feet to the point of beginning, con- taining 5.30 acres, more or less. PARCEL BEGINNING at. a point on the Northeasterly line of a private roadway of Fishers Island Estates, Inc. forty feet wide, said monument being two hundred fifty-one and seventeen hundredths feet South of a point which is thirty-four hundred eighteen and twenty-six hundredths feet West of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which said "NIN" monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); thence along the Northeasterly and Northerly lines of said private roadway, the following courses: (a) South twenty-six degrees fifty-eight minutes fifty seconds East one hundred twelve and thirty hundredths feet, (b) Southeasterly following the arc of a curve to the left (whose radius is one hundred five and fifty-six hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North sixty- three degrees one minute ten seconds East) a distance of nines - four and eleven hundredths feet; and (c) South seventy-eight degrees three minutes fifty seconds East fifty-four and forty-two hundredths feet to the Northwesterly line of another private roadway of Fishers Island Estates, Inc. forty feet wide; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly side of said private roadway following the are of a curve to the right (whose radius is six hundred one and forty hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South seventy-nine degrees nineteen minutes forty seconds East) a distance of sixty-seven and seventy- four hundredths feet; thence still along the Northwesterly line of said roadway last mentioned North seventeen degrees six minutes forty seconds East two hundred eighty-seven and twenty-five hun- dredths feet; and thence South fifty-eight degrees nine minutes West three hundred twenty-four and forty-four hundredths feet to the point of beginning, containing one and one hundredth acres, more or less. BEING the same premises conveyed to Pierre S. DuPont, 3rd by Fishers Island Estates, Inc. by deed dated January 10, 1952 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 21 1952 in Liber 3313 of Deeds, page 19 and subsequently conveyed by said Pierre S. DuPont to Jane Holcomb DuPont. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to all easements, rights of way and rights, privileges and appurtenances whatsoever granted to said Pierre S. DuPont, 3rd by said deed dated January 10, 1952 made by Fishers Island Estates, Inc.
