being the same person referred to as "Whitney Bourne Choate" in two
certain deeds, one by Hay Harbor Realty, Inc. to Whitney Bourne
Choate dated April 1, 1949, and one made by Fishers Islands Farm,Inc.
to Whitney Bourne Choate, dated October 30th,1950, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2938 of Deeds, page 186, and
Liber 3160 of deeds, respectively,
