THIS INDENTURE, made the Y7 day of

a New York corporation, having an office at

(hereinafter called the Grantor), and JOHN R.

residing at 582 Viewland Drive, Yorktown
Heights, New York
(hereinafter collectively called the Grantee),
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, in consideration of Ten and
00/100 dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by
T� the Grantee, does hereby grant and release unto the Grantee,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any,
situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, more particularly described
as follows (hereinafter called the Premises):
Beginning at a drill hole in the walk located Northerly
of Whistler Avenue said point being 177.70 feet South of
a point which is 5492.82 feet West of a monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station PROS" and thence running North 250 10' West 170.60
feet to a point; thence North 80 02' East 5.43 feet to a
point; thence North 670 46' East 91.9 feet to a point;
thence South 220 47' East 173.86 feet to a point; thence
South 670 131 West 87.47 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.34 acres more or less,
