THIS INDENTURE, made the Z qday of
, 1966, between RACE POINT CORPORATION,
a New York corporation, having an office at
1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, New York, N. Y. 10005
(hereinafter called the Grantor) and ROY W.
KLINE and MARY ELLEN KLINE. his wife, both of
whom reside at Manor Road, Denville, New Jersey
(hereinafter collectively called the Grantee),
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, in consideration of Ten and
00/100 dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by
the Grantee, does hereby grant and release unto the Grantee,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any,
situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, more particularly described
as follows (hereinafter celled the Premises):
BEGINNING at a point in the walk located Northerly
of Whistler Avenue, said point being 66.36 feet South
of a point which is 5227.78 feet West of a monument mark-

lation Station "PROS" and thence running North 24" 40'
