Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Harry O. Hurlburt and Ruth A. Hurlburt by deed dated January 4, 1933 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 25, 1933 in Liber 1695 of Deeds at page 34. This deed is intended to convey the one-half interest of Laura M. flurlburt as tenant in common, as successor to her husband, Harry O, Hurlburt, who died on July 18, 1962 (Suffolk County Surrogate's Will File No. 263 at page 446).
