The party of the first part grants to the party of the second
part, their heirs,personal representatives and assigns , the right to
lay, operate, maintain, repair and replace a water pipe for domestic
use only, at least three feet below the ground level and the party of
the first part further grants to the party of the second part, their
heirs, personal representatives and assigns , the right to construct,
maintain and operate telephone, power lines and other domestic
utility lines on poles above ground. The above mentioned water pipe
and utility poles and lines shall be located under and on a strip of
party of the first part's land not more than five feet in width, com-
mencing at the northeast corner of the parcel herein conveyed to the
party of the of the second part as hereinbefore described, and running
from there to Heathulie Avenue along the Southeasterly boundaries of
said land owned by the party of the first part, with land shown as be-
ing owned by "Russell" on a plan of land to be conveyed by Mrs. Frank
J. Clark to Richard Archibald Howard and Dorothea Edith Howard, pre-
pared by Chandler & Palmer, Engrs, and dated June, 1969 .
Party of second part agree for themselves, their heirs , legal
representatives and assigns , to pay any damages which may be caused
by the installation, maintenance, operation, removal or replacement
of all or any. part of said water pipe line or utility lines.

The Grantors herein are the same persons as the Grantees in

onveyances , page 65 , and the deed dated 2/27/1958 , recorded on
/14/1958 in Liber 4460 of Conveyances , page 52 .
