PARCEL III: BEGINNING at the merestone above described as standing at the southwest corner of Parcel I, above described, and running thence westerly along Parcel II, above described, 30 feet to land now or formerly of A.F.Adams; thence northerly or northwesterly with lends now or formerly of Adams and lands now or formerly of Henry Bowers and Winifred Bartlett Shaw in a line parallel to and 30 feet dist- ant at, right angles from Parcel I, above described 398 feet, more or less, to Ocean View Avenue; thence easterly with Ocean View Avenue 30 feet more or less to Parcel I, above described; thence southeasterly with said Parcel I, above described, 398.8 feet to the merestone at the point of departure. Parcel II contains 1.05 acres, more or less and Parcel III contains .27 of an acre, more or less. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from WILLIAM SHIRLFY FULTON, dated August 23, 1958, and seconded in Suffolk County Clerk' s office in Liber 4513, Page 57. AND the said party of the second part for her heirs and assigns does hereby covenant and agree with the party of the first part, his heirs and assigns that the following covenants and agreements here- in contained, shall run with the land as to Parcel I: FIRST: That the said party of the second part shall build and maintain all such fences as :.hall be desired or required for the proper enclosure of the premises hereby conveyed rt her own cost and expense. SECOND: That the said party of the second part will not permit or erect or allow to be erected or carried on on the said prem- ises, any brewery, distillery, bakery, slaughter house, or soap, candle, oil, starch, varnish, vitriol, glue, ink, turpentine, leather or sugar factory, or any other dangerous noxious or offensive establishment or business whatever. THIRD: That the said party of the second part will not sell or allow to be sold on the said premises, any alcoholic, spiritous or intoxicating liquors of any nature or kind whatsoever. SUBJECT TO restrictions as in deed of James H. Lyles to Henry Bowers and George H. Bartlett, dated November 189 1882 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s office in liber 269 cp 266.
