BEGINNING at a merestone set at an angle paint in the Easterly line of Hedge
Street, which merestone also marks the Northwesterly corner of land now or
formerly of Robert H. McLeod, formerly of Anna A. Bushnell;
RUNNING THENCE Northwesterly by and along the Easterly line of Hedge Street
29 feet more or less to a merestone and the Southwesterly corner of lands now or
formerly of Mary S. Murphy;
THENCE Northeasterly by and along said lands now or formerly of Mary S.
Murphy, 156.4 feet more or less to a merestone set on the bank near the shore
of Great Harbor, and then continuing the same course 16 feet more or less to
the shore;
THENCE Southerly by and along the shore of Great Harbor to land now or formerly
of Robert H. McLeod, formerly of Anna H. Bushnell;
THENCE Westerly still by and along said lands now or formerly of Robert H.
McLeod, formerly of Anna H. Bushnell 159.9 feet more or less to the merestone
set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
The distance between the an,restones set on the bank as aforesaid is 50 feet more
or less.
Said premises being bounded Northerly by land now or formerly of Mary S. Murphy;
Easterly by Great Harbor; Southerly by land now or formerly of Robert H.
McLeod; and Westerly by Hedge Street.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 229, cp 201, and Liber 491, cp 380. The grantor herein being the same
person as the grantee in deed dated September 5, 1945, recorded September 17,
- 1945 in Liber 2484, cp 493.
