paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or sucoessors and assigns of the party of the acoond part forever,

lying and being ixile on Fishers Island, Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and State
of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a locust post set on the Westerly side of Crescent Avenue distasa:
North 4640.60 feet and West 1299,71 feet from the U. S. Coast & Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "PROS", and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 03 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds West, along the
Westerly side of Crescent Avenue, 122,24 feet to a locust post;
THENCE South 71 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds West 197.19 feet to a
locust post;
THENCE North 18 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West 111,50 feet to a
locust post;
RUNNING THENCE North 71 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East 242.30 feet
to the Westerly side of Crescent Avenue at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor by deed
of Chester F. Jacobs, County Treasurer of Suffolk County, dated January 22,
1959, and recorded February 5, 1959, in Liber 4583 of Deeds at Page 235.
