WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollms and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the pony of the seemul pan,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

the party of the first part.

Beginning at a monument on Northerly line of Fox Avenue at its intersection with the
Easterly line of Bell Hill Ave, and thence along said Fox Ave,, South 84 degrees 53
minutes 40 seconds East 159.80 feet to a monument; thence along said avenue line
North 87 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East 59.75 feet to a monument; thence South
01 degree 22 minutes 30 seconds West 253.37 feet to a monument; thence North 70
degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West 268.8 feet to said Bell Hill Ave,; thence along
said avenue line North 13 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East 180.26 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 1. 18 acres more or less.
