G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said tract of land of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extenstion thereof), thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound. SAID lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Easterly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being 4553.77 feet West of a point which is 1375.22 feet South of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence South 74 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East 442.98 feet to the shore of Middle Farms Pond; thence with the meanders of said pond, South 49 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West 29.96 feet, South 3 degrees 24 minutes East 101.18 feet, North 83 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds West 190.27 feet, South 28 degrees',28 minutes 20 seconds West 80.88 feet, South �:.B492 =,x,531 59 degrees 52 minutes, 40 seconds West 114.54 feet and South 62 de- grees 20 seconds West 118.06 feet to a stake; thence North 17 degrees 24 minutes West 78.81 feet to a stake; thence North 3 degrees 2 minutes East 297.23 feet to a stake set on the Easterly side of the road first above mentioned; and thence along the Easterly side of said road, North 3 degrees 2 minutes East 60 feet to the place 'of beginning; containing 2.34 acres, more or less. TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress to and egress from said premises over and along such roads as now or may hereafter exist connecting the said premises with the public highway. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed from John Hampton Barnes, Jr. and Evelyn S. Barnes, his wife dated December 1, 1960, recorded December 15, 1960 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4921 of Deeds at page 590. TOGETHER WITH any and all easements and right appurtenant to said premises. TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest, if any, of the grantors in and to the land lying under the waters of Middle Farms Pond. SUBJECT30 covenants and restrictions as set forth in Deed from Fishers Island Corporation to Walter N. Ruth and Mary Nelson Ruth dated June 28, 1928 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 18, 1928 in Liber 1361 of conveyances at page 490 and in agreement between Fishers Island Corporation and the owners of a majority in acreage of all the land within the Park re- corded in Liber 2437 of conveyances at page 468. SUBJECT TO grants of easements and rights of way made to Fishers Is- land Telephone Corporation and to Fishers Island Electric Corporation as set forth in agreements recorded in Liber 2135 of conveyances at pages 433 and 449in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
