BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the boundary line between lands of
William Witt and Judith E. Witt, his wife, and lands of Bert Scagliotti and Yola
M. Scagliotti with the Southerly line or side of Madeline Avenue, which point
is in turn South 83 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West 226. 8 feet from a
monument set in the angle of Madeline Avenue, and running thence from said
point of beginning South 14 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West, along lands
of William Witt and Judith E. Witt 100 feet to lands now or formerly of Anthony
Garcia;
RUNNING THENCE South 83 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East along said
lands of Garcia and lands of Buckner 10 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 1-4-degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West through lands
of the grantor herein 100 feet to the Southerly line or side of Madeline Avenue,
and;
RUNNING THENCE North 83 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East along the
Southerly line or side of Madeline Avenue 10 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
If the right-of-way has to be entered into for work on Utility
lines, the right-of-way will be repaired and returned to its
original condition prior to its entry for work on Utility lines.
