BEGINNING at a drill hole in the walk on the Southeasterly line of Crescent
Avenue, said point being 3803.21 feet North of a point which is 1368.08 feet West
of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "PROS" and;
THENCE running North 83 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East 96.54 feet;
THENCE South 03 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 307.45 feet to the
Northwesterly line of Central Avenue;
THENCE along said Central Avenue line South 79 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds
West 50.00 feet to a monument;
THENCE along the Northeasterly line of Central Avenue North 78 degrees 15
minutes 10 seconds West 143.57 feet to a drill hole;
THENCE along said Southeasterly line of Crescent Avenue, North 14 degrees
31 minutes 20 seconds East 285.08 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Containing
0.99 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT to a right of way 10 feet in width for utility lines crossing the herein
conveyed tract, the center line of said right of way being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the said Southeasterly line of Cmunmd Avenue, said
point being 3798.03 feet North of a point which is 1369.42 feet west of said "PROS"
momtment and;
THENCE running North 83 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East about 99 feet.
BEING AND INTENDED TO HE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by deed from West End Land Company, Inc., dated the 12th day of July, 1966, and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6026 of deeds at Page 254 on
September 6, 1966.
