DOYEN, all of Fishers Island, New York, i party of the second part, WITNESSE FF, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00)----------- ------------------------------------------------------------ dollars, i lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, 1c CL 73 &-nzi_4�nk.L.. lying and being fozdw on Fishers Island, Suffolk County, New York located on the easterly side of Equestrian Avenue and nearly opposite the Post Office, bounded and described as follows : i Beginning in the west line of Equestrian Avenue at the south- easterly corner of the Store property recently purchased by Albert Romania, formerly known as the Wilbur Store; thence run southerly or southwesterly with Equestrian Avenue one hundred and twenty-six (126) feet, more or less , to land owned or occupied by the Fishers Island Fruit and Vegetable Company; thence north- westerly in a line at right angles to the Avenue and by and with said Company land run one hundred and one and five tenths (101.5) feet to a stake; thence deflecting to the right sixty-eight degrees and sixteen minutes (68° 16 ' ) run with land now or form- erly of the Fishers Island Farms one hundred and forty (140) feet, more or less to land of Albert Romania above mentioned; thence easterly with said Romania land one hundred and forty-nine and five tenths (149.5) feet to the point of departure. Being the same and all the same land conveyed to the within party of the first part by Juliette Romania by deed dated June 28, 1944 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 2386 at Pages 286 , 287 and 288. 9 Conveyance is to the party of the second part as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
