following line, viz.:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land formerly owned by the
United States known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation,
Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the
Atlantic Ocean and;
RUNNING 'THENCE Northerly following the East boundary of the said land
formerly of the United States to the Southerly line of East End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterl°
corner of land formerly of the United States;
THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course as
the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
SAID lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the approximate center of the
Northwesterly terminus of a road, said monument being twelve hundred
and eighty-four and eighty-eight hundredths feet North of a point
which is twenty-three hundred and one and ninety-seven hundredths feet
East of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2"
monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers
Island, N.Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern
end of Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees twenty-
nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in
Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE South twenty-eight degrees fifty-seven minutes and
twenty seconds West sixty-seven and ninety-eight hundredths feet
to a point on the Southerly side of said road;
THENCE South twenty-six degrees forty-nine minutes and fifty seconds

West two hundred and thirty-three and eighty-five hundredths feet to
a point;
THENCE North seventy-three degrees forty-two minutes and fifty seconds
West two hundred and seventy-one and ten-hundredths feet to a point;
THENCE North twenty degrees twenty-two minutes and forty seconds west
one hundred and thirteen and sixty-six hundredths feet to a point;
THENCE North sixty-nine degrees and forty-one minutes East two
hundred and sixty-one and thirty-six hundredths feet to a monument;
THENCE North eighty-two degrees fifty-two minutes East one hundred and
thirty-seven and four-hundredths feet to a monument; and thence South
sixty-eight degrees forty-eight minutes and thirty seconds East
sixty-one and thirty-three hundredths feet to the monument at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
IIITOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part in and to all easements, rights of way and rights, privileges and
appurtenances whatsoever granted to Helen A. Benedict by deed dated
November 4, 1927, made by Fishers Island Corporation and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 29, 1927, in
Liber 1318 of Deeds, page 223.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
Fishers Island Corporation by deed dated November 4, 1927, and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 29,
1927, in Liber 1318 of Deeds, page 223.
