BEING the same premises conveyed by George A. Braga and Gioia M. Braga, his wife, to the grantor by deed dated October 14, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 28, 1963 in Book 5441 of Deeds at pages 141 to 144.
