East 36.29 feet to a stake; thence South 15 degrees 57 minutes 20 sec-
onds West 147.28 feet to a stone monument located 6996.92 feet West of
a point which is 245.14 feet north of another monument marking the U.S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which
said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest
hill on Fishers Island, New York about two and one quarter miles west
of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29
minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound;
thence South 69 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West 90.90 feet to a stake
thence South 38 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds West 110.84 feet to a
stake and thence South 18 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West 47.12 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
BEING the same premises conveyed by George A. Braga and Gioia M. Braga,
his wife, to the grantor by deed dated October 14, 1963 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 28, 1963 in Book 5441
of Deeds at pages 141 to 144.
