THIS INDENTURE, made the /g Z'day of March, Ninetoe
hundred and sixty-seven, between FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a New York corporation, having its principal
office at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, in the City, County and
State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor, party of
the first part, and LILY CUSHING BOYD, residing at Fishers
i Island, New York (no street or street number), hereinafter
called the grantee, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in
consideration of One Hundred (100) Dollars, lawful money of
the United States, and other good and valuable consideration

T . release unto the party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever.

ALL those certain lots or parcels of land in the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belong-
ing to the grantor (which portion is hereinafter called
the Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz.:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land now o
formerly owned by the United States, known as the Fort
H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract,
on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean
(as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension
thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in con-
demnation proceedings instituted in 1942) and running
thence northerly following the East boundary of the
said tract of land now or formerly of the United States
(as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof)
to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly -
corner of said tract of land now or formerly of the I
United States (as same was constituted prior to such
extension thereof), thence crossing the East End Road
and following the same course as the last to the shore
of West Harbor on Fishers Island Sound;
Said lots or parcels of land being bounded and
described as follows:
HOMESITE #1
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southwesterly line
of a private road of the Grantor, fifty feet wide, said
monument being Fourteen hundred fifty-five and twenty-
four hundredths feet North of a point which is Nine
hundred ninety-six and fifty hundredths feet West of
another monument marking the United States Coast and
Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which
said NIN" monument is located near the Western end of
a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and
on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect
and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of
North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
thence running Northwestwardly along said road line
(following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius
Is Seven hundred seventy-five and forty-five hundredths
feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
North �( degrees 01 minute East) a distance of One

hundred thirty-nine and forty hundredths feet to an
Iron pipe; thence South 56 degrees 01 minute 10 seconds -
West One hundred and thirty-four hundredths feet to
an iron pipe; thence South 87 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds West One hundred twenty five and no hundredths
feet; thence South 18 degrees 00 minutes East One
hundred eighty-two and fifty-four hundredths feet; and
thence North 62 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East Two
hundred forty-three and twenty-five hundredths feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0.78 acres more
or less.

BEGINNING at a monument on the Southwesterly line
of a road of the Grantor 50 feet wide, said monument
being Fourteen hundred fifty-five and twenty-four
hundredths feet North of a point which Is Nine hundred
ninety-six and fifty hundredths feet West of another
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which said "NIN"
monument is located near the Western end of a ridge

is South 52 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West; thence
Southwardly along said road line at its intersection
with the Westerly and Northwesterly line of another
road of the Grantor, fifty feet wide (following the arc
of said curve) One hundred seventy-eight and eighty-eight
hundredths feet; thence along the Northwesterly line of
said second road South 64 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds
West Fifteen and eight hundredths feet to a point of
curve to the right whose radius is Nine thousand seven
hundred eighty-six and four hundredths feet and the dir-
ection of whose radius at that point is North 25 degrees
45 minutes 20 seconds West; thence Southwestwardly along
said road line (following the arc of said curve) One
hundred sixty-seven and ninety-five hundredths feet to a
iron pipe; thence North 23 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds
West One hundred eighty-six and ninety-seven hundredths
feet; and thence North 62 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds
East Two hundred sixty-three and thirty-one hundredths
feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.02 acres mo
or less.
