That I, Shirley H. Hall, of the Towe of Mansfield, County of Tolland and
State of Connecticut, (RFD/1, Mansfield Center, Connecticut)
for divers good causes and considerations thereunto moving, especially for One Dollar
and other valuable considerations received to my full satisfaction of
(RTI)H, West Walingtou; Connecticut)
Mildred L. Allen,/of the Town of Willington, County of Tolland and State of
Connecticut, and Dorothy A. Adams, of Highland Mills, New York, (Boz 38,
Highland Mills, N. Y.)
` have remised, released, and forever quitclaimed, and do by these presents, for myself
and heirs, justly and absolutely remise, release, and forever QUIT-CLAIM unto the said
Mildred L. Allen and Dorothy A. Adams,
and the survivor of them, and the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever all such
right and title as I, the said Shirley H. Hall,
have or ought to have in or to all that lot and parcel of land situated and lying on
Fisher's Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake set on the easterly side of Montauk Avenue (so-called)
which said stake is set by compass north 22s west and 16 feet distant from a
cedar poet, which said cedar post marks the intersection of the line between lots
numbered 2 and 3, Section 6, of"Highland Range Survey of Lots on Fisher's
Island' and an angle in the easterly line of the aforesaid Montauk Avenue and
running from said first mentioned stake by and along the easterly line of Montauk
Avenue and by compass north 22s went IOOYeet to a stake; thence easterly and by
compass north 546 east 142 feet 6 inches to'a stake set near an old stone wall;
thence southerly nearly along the westerly side of the before mentioned stone wall
and by compass south 14 1/2' E. 106 feet toa stake set 12 feet westerly from the
rear line of lots 2 and 3, Section 6, of the before mentioned survey; thence
westerly and by compass south 54' W. 128 feet to the stake at the point of be-
ginning; said lot contains about 49 square rods be the same more or less.
Being the same premises described in a deed of Francis C. Hedge and William A.
Hedge to Charles N. Allen, dated June 21, 1885, and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 296, Page 496.
Also being the same premises conveyed to the Releasor herein by quit-claim deed
of Mildred L. Allen of even date herewith and to be recorded in said Suffolk County
Clerk's Office.
