THIS INDENTURE, made thea-6�day of 1972'
between Alexandra Emmet Schlesinger, formerly known as Alexandra
Emmet Allan, residing at 118 East 82nd Street, New York, New II
York and Lily Emmet West, residing at 186 East 75th Street, New
York, New York, parties of the first part; and The Bank of New
York, having its principal place of business at 48 Wall Street, i
New York, New York and Lily Emmet West, residing at 186 East 75th
Street, New York, New York, as Trustees under the Will of Lily
Cushing Boyd, deceased, parties of the second part;
WHEREAS, Lily Cushing Boyd died in the County of Suffolk
State of New York, on September 20, 1969, and a Petition dated
October 3, 1969, praying for the probate of a paper dated Septem-
ber 11, 1969 as the Last Will of the said Lily Cushing Boyd was
filed in the Surrogate' s Court of Suffolk County in proceedings
numbered 1436 P 1969; and
WHEREAS, in said proceedings a Decree Approving Compro- i
mise and Admitting Will to Probate was entered on the 10th day
of February, 1971; and
WHEREAS, by Article I of said Will, the. decedent Lily j
Cushing Boyd, gave and devised to the parties of the first part
in equal undivided shares all her right, title and interest in
and to her real property situated at Fishers Island, New York;
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, that the parties of the
first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the part.ies 'of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of
the second part, and the successors and assigns of the parties of
the second part forever, all of the right, title and interest of
the parties of the first part in all those certain plots, pieces
or. parcels of land situate, lying and being at Fishers Island,

particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a stone monument on the easterly side offVCentral
Avenue, which monument is North 4517.78 feet and West 135.71 feet
