THIS INDENTURE, made the 2o day of September, nine-
teen hundred and seventy-two, BETWEEN
ELIZABETH D. REID, residing at 205 Round Hill Road,
Greenwich, Connecticut, party of the first part,

ALL that lot or parcel of land, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk

Fishers Island belonging to the grantor (which portion is here-
inafter called the "Park") lying Easterly of the following line
viz:
BEGINNING at the Southeaterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of
the said land of the United States to the Southerly line .of East
End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is
the Northeasterly corner of. land of the United States, thence
crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the
last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; said
lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly side' of a
road forty €eet wide, said monument being five thousand five
hundred and-'thirty-four and fifty-four hundredths feet North of

hundredths feet East of another monument marking the U.S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which said "NIN"
p monument is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking
fR the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between

seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling
light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence Northwestwardly
along the Northeasterly side of said road (following the arc of

and thirty-one hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius

PARCEL I CONTINUES
THENCE Northwestwardly still along the Northeasterly side of said
road (and following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius
if five hundred and sixty-seven and forty-hundredths feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is South twenty-six degree
sixteen minutes and thirty seconds West) one hundred and sixty-two
and fifty-seven hundredths feet to a stake;
THENCE North nine degrees East two hundred and eighty and eighty-
four hundredths feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, South seventy-three degree
nineteen minutes and fifty seconds East two hundred and forty-four
1 and fifty-seven hundredths feet and South fifty-four degrees twely
minutes and twenty seconds East one hundred and thirty-four and
eighteen-hundredths feet. to a stake, and
THENCE South thirty-two degrees ten minutes and forty seconds West
two hundred and seventy-one and ninety-six hundredths feet to the
place of BEGINNING.

! ALL that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of
i� Fishers Island, formerly belonging to Fishers Island Corporation
(which portion is sometimes called the "Park") lying Easterly
of a certain line described in deeds made by Fishers Island, as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of
the said land of the United States to the Southerly line of East
End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is
the Northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence
' crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the
last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; said
lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:

Island Sound) ; and

degrees 27 minutes East) a distance of 319.64 feet to a point;

road (and following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius
is 718.31 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
South 26 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds West) a distance of 8.01
feet to another monument;

the place of BEGINNING.
Being the same,-premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by two deeds, one as to Parcel I from Nina O. Ervesun
dated December 22, 1967 and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County in Liber 6280 at page 23, and the other as to
Parcel II by deed from Placido A. Ervesun (acting by Nina 0.
Ervesun, his attorney in fact) dated December 22, 1967 and re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 6279
at page 507 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
3 above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
g aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13
of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
. � , receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
CID first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
a will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the im-
provement before using any part of the total of the same for any
