Cole;
THENCE North 58 degrees 06 minutes East, 178. 11 feet to the
shore of West Harbor;
THENCE following the meanders of said shore line on the
following two courses, North 17 degrees 11 minutes West, 101.28
feet and North 78 degrees 46 minutes West, 57 .73 feet;
THENCE South 38 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West along land
of A. John_ Gada, 170.10 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Together with the furniture and furnishings located therein.
