Beginning at the southeast corier of property of Heman B.
>: Porter, conveyed by deed dated August 2, 1919, eleven and eight-tenths
( 11.8) feet north from a large boulder on the westerly side of Sterling
x' Street. From this point the line extends southerly eleven and eight-

tenths (11.8) feet to a large boulder at an angle in Sterling Street;

deflects to the right 970 33 ' and extends a distance of seventy-five
(75.0) feet to a mere stone; then the line deflects to the right 740

to a mere stone; then the line deflects to the right 104° 37 ' and
extends a distance of seventy-five (75.0) feet along the southerly
line of Heman B. Porter to the point of beginning. Said tract con-
tains eight and three-tenths (8.3) square rods, more or less.
Together with all the appurtenances and rights of the party
of the first part in and to said above described premises.
For title to the Second Piece above described, see deed
from Edna L. Matheson and A. Scott Matheson to Walter S. Torrance,
dated August 5, 1919, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
in Liber 983, of Deeds, Page 84.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed of Mary C. Torrance dated February 14, 1946, and recorded
in Volume 5823, Page 322, of the Suffolk County Land Records, State
of New York.
