Auchincloss , recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s I° Office in Liber 3722 of Conveyances at page 148 on the } 1 9th day of July 1954 . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, Bj if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises. This conveyance is subject to any and all restrictions, reservations, easements , rights of way, i R covenants and agreements of record or mentioned or re- ferred to in the above mentioned deeds.
