BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Southwesterly line of Cottage Place, said
monument being located 4191, 59 feet North of a point which is 2315. 62 feet West
of another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "PROS" and
THENCE RUNNING along said Cottage Place line N:rth 56 degrees 25 minutes 00
seconds West 89, 63 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 54 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West 186, 29 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 24 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East 131. 38 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 73 degrees 25 minutes 30'seconds East 15, 05 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 54 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East 248, 03 feet to the said
Southwesterly line of Cottage Place;
THENCE along said Cottage Place line N rth 56 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds
West 53. 44 feet to the monument at the point of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to an easement 10 feet wide for electric lines for Fishers Island
Electric Co- , the center line being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of the above described tract, said
point being located 4141. 70 feet North of a point which is 2299, 34 feet West of
said "PROS" monument and
THENCE RUNNING North 49 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West about 137 feet;
SUBJECT also to a right of way 12 feet wide'for the purposes of a driveway
leading across' a portion of the above described tract to land formerly of
Frederic R. Pratt. Said right of way being as follows: AH 6730 PACE 2,51

BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of Cottage Place, said point being
4184. 95 feet North of a point which is 2305, 62 feet West of said "PROS"
monument, and
C THENCE RUNNING South 54 degrees 16 minutes West 50. 00 feet;
THENCE South 12 degrees 30 minutes West about 58 feet to said Pratt land;
THENCE along said Pratt land North 54 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East about
19 feet;
THENCE North 12 degrees 30 minutes East about 38 feet;
THENCE North 54 degrees 16 minutes East about 50 feet to said Cottage Place;
THENCE along said Cottage Place line North 56 degrees 25 minutes West 12. 5
feet to the point of BEGINNING. e
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the covenants, restrictions and reservations contained
in the instruments recorded in Suffolk County in Liber 230 of deeds at page 269;
Liber 4085 of deeds at page 09; and to easements contained in Liber 2135 of
deeds at page 415 (electric easement) and Liber 2135 of deeds at page 424
(telephone easement).
The foregoing deed is given in the regular course of business of the corporation
and does not involve all or substantially all of its property, rights, privileges
and franchises or an integral part thereof, essential to the conduct of the
business of the corporation.
