of a monument marking the U . S. Coast & Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "PROS" ; and from said point of beginning
running thence South 75 degrees 1 minute 30 seconds East
along the northerly line of Crescent Avenue 195 feet ; thence
North 14 degrees 58 Minutes 30 seconds East 25 feet to
Fishers Island Sound; thence t-resterly along Fishers Island
Sound 200 feet m6re or less to the easterly line of--land now
or formerly of J. Ward Maier and Elizabeth R. Taier; thence
