both now residing at 41 Sycamore Road, West Hartford, Connecticut

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of -------------------------

BEGINNING at a monument set on the Southerly line or side of a 40 foot
private road, which monument is situate South 20, 01 feet and West 550, 35 feet
from the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2"-

RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 15 degrees 18 minutes
00 seconds East 250, 35 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds West 227. 99
feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE North 39 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West 63. 26 feet
to a point and the Southeasterly line or side of said 40 foot private road;
RUNNING THENCE Northeasterly the following three courses and distances
along the southeasterly line or side of said private road;
1. North 35 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 80. 94 feet;
2. On the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 280. 21 feet and whose
chord is South 54 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East 170, 06 feet to a
point; and
3. North 70 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East 20, 32 feet to the monument
set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Deed from the County of Suffolk, dated the 13th day of August, 1959
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 4676, of Deeds, at
page 537 on the 18th day of August, 1959.
SUBJECT however to covenants and restrictions contained in Liber 1750 cp 315
as extended by Liber 2437 cp 468; and Liber 5728 cp 314. AND SUBJECT FURTHER
to Telephone Consent contained in Liber 2135 cp 433 and Electric Consent
