This right of way is 30 feet vide throughout its full lenghth. BEING the same premises conveyed by Martha F. i Green to Barbara Stoddard Kirkland by deed dated November 11 , 1954. and recorded in Liber 3793 of Conveyances at Page 71 on November l7, 1954 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
