WITTI::SSLTH, that the parties of the first part, in
consideration of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, lawful money of
the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the parties of the sacond k-art, do hereby grant and release
unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever,

(r ALL that certain lot or parcel of land at Fishers
Island in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows:
Lot #4 on a certain plan of subdivision land of
William B. May, Jr. , located northerly of Winthrop Drive,
I. C , Fishers Island, New York, made by Chandler & Palmer, Engineers,
♦ dated January, 1968 and revised January 30, 1966 and June 1968.
TOGETHER with a non-exclusive easement of ten (10) feet
across the southwesterly boundary line of property heretofore
conveyed to Kent Rhodes, together with others and subject at all
times to the terms, covenants and conditions of the easement
heretofore granted between the grantor and the said Kent Rhodes,
said easement intended being the southwesterly ten (10) feet of
Lot #2 as shown on the aforesaid map which said easement extends
from a certain right of way on the northerly property line of
the subject premises to Fishers Island Sound.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
grantor in and to one-half of the right of way in front of and
C adjoining the above described premises.
` TOGETHER with a non-exclusive easement for ingress to
and egress from said right of way over the private road of the
grantors known as Reservoir Road extending from the southerly
line of the abbve described right of way to Winthrop Drive to-
gether with others.
SUCH EASEMENTS in said right of way and in Reservoir
Road to constitute appurtenances only of the premises hereby
sold and to be limited until such time as said right of way or
said Reservoir Road, as the case may be, shall be dedicated to

or other public authority for sech purposes.
