WHEREAS, by deed dated January 7, 1966 ,and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 5895 page 83,
the party of the first part conveyed to William D.' Gaillard, III,

an undivided one-half interest in and to the below-described
premises, together with an undivided one-half interest in and to
all right, title and interest of the party of the first part in
and to (i ) Belle Hill Avenue adjoining said premises and (ii)

the foreshore lying below the high water line of Hay Harbor, and
together with an undivided one-half interest in the appurtenances ' "
and the estates and rights of the party of the first part in and

WHEREAS, by deed dated December 24, 1969 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 6691 page 237,
the party of the first part conveyed to the parties of the
second part, as tenants in common, an additional undivided
one-sixth interest in and to said below-described premises; and
WHEREAS, the party of the first part desires to convey,
by way of gift, to the parties of the second part, as tenants in
(I common, another additional undivided one-sixth interest in and
to said below-described premises;
NOW THEREFORE, the party of the first part, by way of
gift, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the

Island, County of Suffolk and State of New York bounded and

Avenue and the high water line on the shore of
Hay Harbor (also known as Little' Hay Harbor).

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the
party of the first part in and to an undivided one-sixth in-
terest in and to Belle Hill Avenue adjoining the above-described
premises;
TOGETHER also with all right, title and interest of
the party of the first part in and to an undivided one-sixth
interest in and to the foreshore adjoining the above-described
premises and lying below the high water line of Hay Harbor;
TOGETHER with the estate and rights of the party of

to all buildings and improvements on, and all appurtenances to,
the above-described premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the herein granted undivided one
sixth interests as tenant in common in the above-described
premises unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and
