WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of CHARLES MCEVIL Y to construct a deck addition to the waterside of an existing one-family dwelling, install drywells for dwelling, a permit for existing 5' x 12' platform and steps, with the conditions that all gutters on house lead to drywells, the grass is removed under the deck to allow for drainage, and all as depicted in the plans prepared by John C.
