Avenue adjoining the above-described premises;
TOGETHER also with all right, title and interest
of the parties of the first part in and to the fore-
shore lying below the high water line of Hay Harbor;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the parties of the first part
in and to said premises;
unto the party of the second part , for her use during her life,
and upon her death unto the party of the third part , her heirs
