thence turning to the right the line runs South 54 degrees 21 minutes
30 seconds West 94.79 feet to a point; thence the line turns to the
left and runs South 6 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds East 84.28 feet to
a point; thence the line turns to the right and runs South .87 degrees
