THIS INDENTURE, made the 15th day of December nineteen hundred and seventy-one

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
t ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being iWtUx at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. twenty-six (26) on a
certain map of "Highland Park", Fishers Island, New York, 1885, surveyed
by Alfred F. Sears, C. E. , filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
LL m Suffolk on October 19, 1887, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Equestrian Avenue distant
four hundred and eighty seven feet more or less southwesterly from the corner
1 formed by the intersection of the westerly line of Hillside Avenue with the
southerly line of Equestrian Avenue, running thence southeasterly at right
angles to Equestrian Avenue one hundred and eighty feet more or less, thence

at an angle of a little less than ninety(90) degrees westerly one hundred and
one feet more or less to a point distant one hundred and seventy feet from
' Equestrian Avenue on a line drawn at right angles to said Equestrian Avenue,
thence northwesterly along said line one hundred and seventy feet more or less,
to Equestrian Avenue, thence northeasterly along the southerly side of
Equestrian Avenue one hundred feet to the point or place of beginning.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
