G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the Southerly line of East End Road (some- times called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; PARCEL I: BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Easterly side of a road 40 feet wide, said monument being 1952 .93 feet South of a point which is 1556.12 feet West of another monument marking the U. Se Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which said "Nin" monu- ment is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking the s South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes R 26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence South 82 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds East 151.90 feet to a stake; thence South 60 degrees 59 minutes East 207.67 feet to a stake; thence South 38 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West 99.25 feet to a stake; thence South 26 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West i 123.88 feet to a stake; thence South 18 degrees 05 minutes West 51.55 feet to a stake; thence South 37 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds West 34.78 feet to a .stake; thence North 57 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds West 77.85 feet to a stake; thence North 33 degreeq, 39 minutes West s 124.95 feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is 267.18 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North 56 degrees 21 minutes EaNt; thence Northwardly (following the arc of said curve) 158.83 feet to a stake set on the Easterly side of said road; thence along the Easterly side of said road, North 24 minutes 40 seconds East 59.65 feet to a stake marking a point of IBER 6874 PACE 38 ° ` curve to the right whose radius is 753,61 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 89 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East; and thence Northwardly still along the Easterly side of said road (and following the. arc of said curve) 31 feet to the place of BEGINNING. Containing 1.73 acres, more or less. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Richard H. Wilmer and Elisabeth F. Wilmer by deed from Lewis G. Larus, dated the ; 3rd day of February, 1954, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3775 of deeds at Page 01 on October 15, 1954.
