Wright Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean;and running thence northerly following the east boundary of the said land of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United States ; THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound, said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northerly side of a road 40 feet wide, said monument being 31.68 feet West of a point which is 665. 11 feet North of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2 " (which said "'Chocomount 2 " monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, New York about 2-1/4 miles West of the Eastern end Iof FisheIsland and lies South 790 29 ' 46" East of North Dumpling Light finishers Island Sound) ; and thence running North 16° 21' 10" East 84. 57 feet to a stake; thence North 370 45 ' 30" West 233.72 feet to a stake; thence North 390 35' 26" East 215.96 feet to a stake set on the Southerly side of another r6ad 40 feet wide; thence along 'the Southerly side of said road South 450 00 ' 00" East 296 .60 feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is 20. 16 feet!; , and the direction of whose radiuslat that point is `South 450 60 ' '0011 w'V� West; thence Southerly still along the side of said 'road `(end, following " the arc of said curve) 31 .08 feet to a stake set at the intersection .. with the Northerly side of the road first above mentioned thence along`; the Northerly side of said road South 430 19 ' 10" West 164.12 feet to ,.vk' a stake marking a peg.:rpt of curve to the right whose radius is �i , h,. l� m feet and the direci• ,I, of whose radius at that point- is North C1G LESTER M ALB .
