STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because prior to adoption of ordinance several houses of this size in this block were changed to two family houses. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by all, Pr0Perfies alike in the immediate vi~:ini:ty of this property and in this use district because this is the last house suitable for this changeover. 3.
