2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that

of the houses in this block are now two family houses.

alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because tht. s is the

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
prior to adoption of ordinance several houses of this size in this block
were changed to two family houses.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by all, Pr0Perfies alike in the immediate
vi~:ini:ty of this property and in this use district because this is the last house suitable for
this changeover.
3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit of the Ordinance and WOOLD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because
There are now ~ houses arranged ~,nd used for two family occupancy
and this huuse, if allowed, would be between two f~mil¥ houses.
