BEUINNINU at a point on the southerly side of the Main Road leading from Fast
Marion to Orient, where the division line between premises herein described and the
land of A. 4,erard Doyle adjoining on the west intersects the Main Road;
running thence along the southerly side of Main Road, North 37 degrees 00 min-
utes East 139.21 feet to the westerly side of Orchard Lane; _
thence south 39 degrees 6 minutes east along the westerly side of Orchard Land
190.87 feet to land of Caesar Tedeschi;
thence along said land of Caesar Tedeschl, south 45 degrees 22 minutes 30 see-
ondr west 136.67 feet to land of A. Uerard Doyle;
Thence along said land of A. Uerard Doyle, north 38 degrees 49 minutes west
170.65 feet to the southerly side of the Main Road at the point or place of
Beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Nellie E. King by deed
dated March 28, 1891 and recorded March 30, 1891 in Liber 342 of Conveyances at
Page 319 less any land taken for street purposes.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part of, in and to any land lying in the bed of Orchard Lane abutting or adjoining.

Together lith all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part, if any, of, in and to any and all strips and gores of land adjacent and
appurtenant to or abutting the above described premises.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part, if any, of, in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, road, or avenue,
alley or right of way abutting or adjoining the above described premises to the
center line thereof.
Subject to whatever rights of way exist over said road or land known as
Orchard Lane and together with whatever right of way the parties of the first part
have over the said road or land known as Orchard Lane.
