BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly line of Main Road at the south-

southwesterly corner of the premises herein described, from said point of beginning
running thence along said land of Woodhollow Properties, Inc. North 0 degrees
20 minutes 40 seconds East 400 feet; thence along land of the party of the first part
the following two courses:

(2) South 0 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds West 400.0 feet to said northerly
line of the Main Road; thence westerly along said northerly line on a curve to the

the point or place of beginning.
