BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the plot herein conveyed and on
the southerly line of Aquaview Avenue, said point of beginning being located as in
hereinafter described right of way;
RUNNING THENCE along land of William H. Sands and along land of Mocand,
South 12 degrees 23 minutes West 150.0 feet;
THENCE along land of Davies North 69 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds West

THENCE along land of Nazuruk North 12 degrees 23 minutes East 150.0 feet
to a stake on said southerly line of Aquaview Avenue;

The grantor herein is one of the grantees in the deed dated 1-28-38,
recorded 2-5-38 in Liber 1967 cp 357 and the surviving tenant by the entirety,
her husband Arnold H. L-Hommedieu, the other grantee in said deed, having
died a resident of Nassau County on 9-24-1965.
