This conveyance is subject to the following covenants and restrictions 1. No building or any part thereof or structure of any kind shall be erected or maintained on any part of said premises within forty (40) feet of the shore line of Marion Lake. 2. No trailer shall be kept or parked on the said premises 3. All material used on the exterior of any building which may be erected on said premises shall be new material. k. All buildings erected or maintained on the said premises shall have a peaked roof. No outside toilets shall be erected or maintained on the premises. 6.
