bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of the Main Road with the
westerly line of Rocky Point Road;
FROM said point of beginning running along said northerly line of the Main Road,
2 courses, as follows:
(1) South 52 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds West 206.08 feet; thence
(2) South 56 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds West 182.99 feet;
THENCE along land of Wayland C. Brown 2 courses, as follows:
(1) North 13 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West 174.16 feet; thence
(2) South 76 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West 215.03 feet to land of Birten;
THENCE along said land of Birten, 2 courses as follows:
(1) North 13 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West 4078.64 feet; thence
(2) North 13 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds West 153.50 feet to land of
Rosenberg;
THENCE along said land of Rosenberg, North 75 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds
East 867.40 feet to said westerly line of Rocky Point Road;
THENCE along said westerly line, 4 courses, as follows:
(1) South 8 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East 1153,21 feet; thence
(2) South 8 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 1804.39 feet; thence
(3) South 9 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds East 1082.86 feet; thence
(4) South 12 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East 247.16 feet to the point of
beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 301 in width, the northerly line of which begins
at the easterly terminus of that course hereinabove described which runs South
76 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West and runs westerly along said course for
160 feet, and the southerly line of which is parallel to and 301 southerly there-
from, measured at right angles thereto.

The said easement shall terminate upon the sale of the plot, part of
which is encumbered by said easement , or on the tenth (10th)anniversary
date of this deed, or upon the demolition of the barna adjacent to said ease-
ment, whichever date later occurs.
The grantor herein is the same person as'the grantee in the deed
dated 12/28/25 and recorded 1/28/26 in Liber 1170 of needs cp 28, and in
the deed dated 9/17/35 and recorded 11/4/35 in Liber 1837 of deeds at
'page 297.
