Running thence along said land of Reckhart, the following two courses and
distances:

is the northwest corner of the premises hereinafter described;
Running thence North 71 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East along the southerly
side of King Street; 478.55 feet;
Running thence South 30 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds East, 383.25 feet to
land now or formerly of Frances E. Douglass; -
Running thence South 74 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West, along said last
mentioned land, 523.90 feet to a point 3 feet easterly from the aforesaid 33
foot right of way, as measured at right angles thereto;
Running thence in a northerly direction on courses parallel to, and distant 3
feet easterly from said 33 foot right of;way, a total of 363.5 feet, more or less,
to the southerly aide of King Street, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
S. Brown Tabor died testate a resident of Suffolk County on April 22nd, 1943.
Surrogate's Court file No. 202 P 1943.
The above described premises are part of the premises conveyed to S. Brown
Tabor by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 577 at
pages 328 and 329.
